The main stock markets, in France and overseas, fell in 2022. A rise in interest rates caused less liquidity in the economy and hence a slowdown in worldwide growth.
The Euro Stoxx is a stock index of Eurozone stocks designed by STOXX, an index provider owned by the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Deutsche Börse). The index is composed of 50 stocks from 11 countries in the Eurozone. The Euro Stoxx is the benchmark pan-European index which includes in its selection the most famous stocks from the Old Continent. The Euro Stoxx 600 includes the 600 most important European capitalizations.
Michelin shares
The share is quoted on the French stock market (Euronext Paris). It is part of the CAC 40 index, 40 stocks selected from the top 100 stock market capitalizations according to precise criteria, quoted on the regulated Euronext markets in Paris.
The company also appears in the major ethical indexes: The DJSI (Dow Jones Sustainability Index) and Stoxx in Europe and (DJSI World) at global level, and ESI (Ethibel Sustainability Index) in Europe
